Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The following fees apply based on the number of days prior to your journey date: 30 days or more — 20% of the total booking value; fewer than 3 days — 100% of the total booking value. Please note that individual suppliers (wineries, attractions, lodges) may also apply their own cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
